Reporting to the Head of Sales ANZ, youll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that grow category share, elevate promotional execution, and maximise performance across our purpose-driven brands.This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility - open to 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.Your responsibilities:Lead our Chemist Warehouse account across Cancer Council, epzen & essano brands drive growth, optimise trade spend, and manage wholesalers.Develop and achieve sales budgets in the Pharmacy channelGuide broker teams and support planning to exceed sales targetsShape and implement successful sales strategies and other marketing support activitiesWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and Operations teamsAbout You:5 years experience as a National Account Manager with minimum 2 years experience managing a Chemist Warehouse accountProven ability to drive growthExcellent communication and negotiation skillsTurn data into influence through forecasting trends, driving decisions and presenting to buyersAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPassion for skincare, beauty and wellness products, a plusWhy Join Us?Career Growth: We invest in your growth and are here to support your journey whether its professional development, leadership opportunities or personal growth.Innovation: We embrace innovation and encourage creative & diverse thinking.
