Youll be supported by the head office and broader network but will have the autonomy to shape your branchs success and culture.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Managing and growing a portfolio of SME and rural clients across a variety of industriesLeading the Albury team day-to-day, including coaching, support, and developmentBuilding strong relationships with local businesses, insurers, and community stakeholdersDriving business development and identifying new opportunities in the regionEnsuring compliance, professionalism, and high service standards across all activitiesWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking a strong commercial broker whos ready to step into leadershipor an existing Branch Manager looking for a fresh challenge.
