You will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for Management trainee/ Graduate programs/ Store hiring and internships, while also driving employer branding initiatives and campus engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for graduate and internship roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer) Retaining and development of Graduates as future leaders Build strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career services. Organize and attend campus events, career fairs, and information sessions to promote UNIQLOs employer brand. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and talent pipelines. Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres, group interviews, and candidate presentations. Support employer branding content and social media promotion in alignment with global and local branding. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data insights and reports. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. Participate in hiring projects for Store staff enhancementQualifications, Key Skills, and Behaviors Minimum of 4+ years of experience in early talent recruitment, campus hiring, or a related HR role. Understanding of Retail business and hiring experience at frontline workforce is preferred Mandatory experience in campus or branding-related initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns with attention to detail and timelines. Passion for youth engagement, leadership development, and diversity in hiring. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
