Heavily connected to the local community with Beach Kinder, Turtle program, Conservation, Library, Music and Sports.Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for early childhood education?Do you have the skills and experience to guide a team of educators in delivering outstanding learning outcomes for children and families?Do you have a zesty approach and fresh ideas?Are you a motivated, enthusiastic individual with proven leadership abilities, we want to hear from you!The Role:As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day operations of our service.Youll lead a dedicated team of educators, ensuring they deliver high-quality education and care while meeting all regulatory requirements.Your leadership will help create a positive and engaging environment for both children and educators.With your deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), youll ensure that our service maintains the highest standards of care and education.This role is all about leadership, role modelling, innovation, support and guidance.Immediate Start available.In return for your dedication, youll receive mentoring and support from the experienced childcare Approved Provider and Operations Consultant, ensuring your continued growth and success.The Details:Working hours: 5-day position, 38 hours per week (Full-time)Above-award salary with KPI-based bonusPaid First Aid/CPRPaid Professional DevelopmentGenerous Staff disocunt for childcare feesA supportive, dynamic, and collaborative work environmentImmediate startWhat Were Looking For:An ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Teaching/Education in Early Childhood Education, or a Diploma of Childrens Services (or equivalent)Leadership experience, ideally as a 2IC or Service Director.Current Working with Children Check for Child-Related Employment / Blue Card.Training in child protection (Identifying and responding to children at risk)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certifications.Comprehensive knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and the Early Years Learning FrameworkStrong skills in team building, conflict resolution, and performance reviewsFamiliarity with CCMS software preferably Smart CentralAn understanding of social media tools like Facebook and Instagram to enhance communicationExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)A commitment to developing strong relationships with families and staff.At The Lemonade Stand Early Education, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering a work culture where everyone thrives.
