Operating nationally, for 35+ years we have specialised in building and contents restoration to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage.The Restoration Technician is responsible for site reporting, technical restoration, treatment and cleaning of allocated sites. It is predominantlya multi-site based role and includes dealing with customers and utilising specialised restoration equipment.Tasks Include:Conduct initial make-safe works for water, mould, fire and other restoration related projects.Complete reports and technician duties for water damage, fire damage & mould projects.Carry out installation, monitoring and reporting of mitigation & restoration equipment.Complete mould cleaning and fire wash down of relevant areas including the usage of restoration chemicals.Complete inventory reports restorable/non restorable contents itemsComplete steam-cleaning of carpets.Liaise with internal office staff, project managers, external contractors & clients.Work closely with office-based project coordination teams, estimators/supervisors and managers.Work to deliver quality, customer service focussed and WHS compliant restoration outcomes.Adhere to company guidelines/policies.Be available for on-call emergency work allocation (weekends & overtime).QualificationsFull Drivers License and Construction Induction Card.Have a current Working with Children Check and police check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement).IICRC qualification highly regarded.Key Skills & Attributes:2+ years experience in Insurance Restoration industry is highly desirable but training will be provided for those with less experienceExperience managing multiple work sitesCustomer service skills and good communication skills are essentialMost importantly a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learnFlexible hybrid WFH options after probation.JB HI-FI Discounts.Regular Trade Discounts.BUPA Health Insurance Discounts.Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.Be part of a values driven environment with people who want to make a difference.If you believe that you possess the positive attitude that will add to our WA team, Please APPLY NOW!To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below #J-18808-Ljbffr
