The company has offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle.Position OverviewThe Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.Restock housekeeping supplies for the next day.Replenish chemical bottles.Report missing items from rooms (e.g., irons, hair dryers) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.Report maintenance issues immediately.Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.Ensure overall guest satisfaction.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.Ability to stand for entire shift.Effective verbal and written communication skills; friendly and courteous demeanor.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: HospitalityReferrals can double your chances of interviewing at Highgate.
