2026 Hutcheon and Pearce Service Technician ApprenticeshipCowra, NSWApplications for our 2026 Apprenticeship Intake are now LIVE!Start Date: Apprenticeships Commence January 2026Timeframe: 4 yearsYears 1 3: Formal TrainingEngage in 6 weeks of intensive training each year.Participate in blocks of classes at the John Deere High-Performance Academy in Wagga Wagga.Receive instruction from industry experts, covering topics such as engine service, electrical systems, hydraulics, and GPS technology.Year 4: On-the-Job ExperienceApply your skills in a real-world setting to address specific areas for improvement.Ensure all competency criteria are met and gain confidence in your abilities.Training: Youll complete a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology through TAFE NSW and the John Deere High-Performance Academy in Wagga Wagga exclusively with other Hutcheon and Pearce apprentices.TAFE Attendance: For the first 3 years, youll attend 3 separate, fortnight blocks of formal training each year at the TAFE Primary Industry Centre in Wagga Wagga. To further cement your training, your 4th year is designed to provide you with the opportunity to put your learning into practice in the workshop.Support: Youll have a dedicated Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator to assist you throughout your apprenticeship.
