VISUAL MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR | BONDS | KEW We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic VM Coordinator to join our Bonds Team! This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months. Reporting to the visual merchandising manager, the role of the VM Coordinator is to provide consistency across the network that maximises sales impact and delivers exceptional customer service. The role supports the retail network in the execution of VM projects, communication tools, and training for store teams. The VM Coordinator is also responsible for being the VM lead for store openings and supporting store development where required. You will also be required to support the store network by conducting regular store visits and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include: Communicate all VM directives and initiatives for Bonds stores and manage feedback and sign-off from key stakeholders. Provide support and feedback to stores through photo sharing and store visits. Conduct and participate in VM floor sets and store merchandising to aid store execution. Provide support for new store openings as required. Conduct regular VM training and store visits with Area Managers and field retail teams. Create guidelines around safe VM practices. Assist VM team with special projects and in-store setups. What experience do I have: Previous experience in visual merchandising within the retail environment. High level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Dynamic and flexible approach to work with a ''go-getter'' attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with relationship-building capabilities at all levels. Strong team player willing to contribute wherever needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
