From strategic planning to hands-on deployment, youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.You will work closely with the People & Culture team and key stakeholders to drive the success of the project across its entire lifecycle. This includes coordinating multiple priorities, managing timelines, and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure the project remains on track and within budget. Collaboration will be essential, as youll liaise with departments such as IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, and external vendors to align objectives and maintain seamless communication throughout the project.During deployment phases, youll provide hands-on support with critical activities like process mapping and data migration. Your expertise in HCM configuration and troubleshooting will be vital in identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, youll take a proactive approach to risk and issue management, ensuring potential challenges are addressed early to avoid disruption to project delivery.Note: this is a 12 month fixed term contract role.About YouYoure a seasoned ICT Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services or a similar industry, and you bring a wealth of experience in delivering complex projectsespecially Workday implementationsfrom start to finish. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing technical expertise with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Youre proactive, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for turning challenges into solutions.Youll also bring:At least 5 years of experience as an ICT Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or a comparable sectorA proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budgetHands-on and deep subject matter expertise with Workday configuration, business process design, and security rolesStrong knowledge of data migration, system integrations, and Workday reporting toolsFamiliarity with data structures, HR data standards, and compliance requirementsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressureThe ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly languageApplications open: Thursday 5th June 2025Applications close: Thursday 3rd July 2025Life At NetwealthAt Netwealth, people are our core strength, and we invest in our employees no matter what stage of life they are in.
