This standalone ecommerce business prioritises a digital-first strategy, providing a best-in-class digital experience and pioneering new technologies for business customers.Aligned with the Woolworths Group purpose, Woolworths at Work strives to provide reliable partnerships and contribute to healthier working and learning environments for all Australians, delivering comprehensive customer experience to a diverse client base, from large enterprises to SMEs, across various sectors.What youll doAs a Strategic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, fostering, and securing new growth opportunities across priority verticals, and customers, be it in our acquisition stream, or our growth stream.Youll spend a significant portion of your time on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, understanding their evolving needs, and delivering solutions that drive long term value.Own the end-to-end relationship for a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, and be responsible for managing & growing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers through deep, trusted relationshipsDevelop and execute strategic plans to drive account growth, advocacy and share of wallet expansionFoster a strategic partnership to align on long-term goals and co-develop initiatives for sustained growthConduct regular in-person meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to understand customer needs and position tailored solutionsWork with internal teams to shape offers and proposals aligned to customer requirementsDeliver meaningful and impactful presentations and insights to customersRepresent the brand professionally in the market through networking events, conferences, and industry meetingsProvide a seamless E2E onboarding experience and early adoptionRegularly meet with key customers in person to understand their needs and opportunities & share latest data and insightsCreate and document comprehensive account plans outlining strategies and tactics for retaining and growing individual enterprise accountsLead and manage contract renewals and negotiations for key customers for portfolioMonitor account health across the portfolio of accounts and proactively address any risks or challenges. Implement corrective actions as neededWhat youll bring6+ years of experience in sales management, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environmentProven track record of managing and growing enterprise accountsExtensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level accountsExperience in handling contract renewals and negotiationsProficiency in negotiating and closing dealsStrong analytical skills to assess account performance, market trends and customer dataExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present complex information clearly and persuasively to different stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and improve processesCreative thinking to develop innovative retention and growth strategiesCommercially minded and results drivenWhat youll experienceA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business networkAccess to Sonder.
