Risk and Governance Lead | Technology Risk and StandardsJoin our Application Portfolio Management team in Technology Core and Personal Tech, providing global services and operations supporting all Macquarie Operating and Central Service Groups. Youll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for standards related to managing assets and the software development lifecycle concerning Technology risks. You will partner with the Global Head of Engineering to establish best practices for managing the software development lifecycle and set strategies for proportionate risk management and governance.You will define minimum requirements for risk management, oversee governance and compliance with technology policies and standards, and design automated metrics for data quality, exception handling, and risk management. Additionally, you will escalate non-compliance issues to the Technology leadership team and Board, review standards for cohesion and effectiveness, and collaborate with Risk Management on assurance strategies.What you offerExperience in compliance or risk management, ideally within technology, financial services, or a regulatorStrong stakeholder management and excellent communication skillsAbility to influence decision-making and solve problems effectivelyLeadership skills to guide and motivate junior team membersAbility to analyze data and develop compliance strategiesWe welcome applications from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
