We are an organisation that enjoys consistent and rapid growth, offering our employees secure employment, career progression and a safe work environment that encourages and brings out the best in our people.Your new roleAs a senior leader, you will play a key role in managing large-scale modular construction projects while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction and installation works across the QLD region. From planning and contracts to stakeholder communication and final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-performing cross-functional teams across multiple sitesEnsure construction projects meet time, budget, and quality benchmarksDrive performance across key KPIs: financial, safety, customer service, complianceManage contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and estimatesDevelop strong internal and external stakeholder relationshipsEnsure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including NCC and HSEActively support workforce training, performance management, and team developmentSkills, Qualifications & ExperienceTrade and tertiary qualifications in Construction or related discipline10+ years in senior leadership within construction or resourcesProven track record in contract negotiation, commercial management, and site operationsStrong understanding of the Building Code of Australia and construction legislationDemonstrated ability to lead through influence, accountability, and effective communicationExcellent project management, time management, and organisational skillsCommercial Builders Licence (preferred)Experience in modular construction (advantageous)Why Us?At Ausco Modular, we recognise there is so much more to our people than work, which is why we have programs in place, including flexible working arrangements, to support you in realising your full potential.
