Reporting to the AreaSupervisor, you''ll play a key role in maintaining our parks,reserves, malls, streetscapes, and car parks to the higheststandard.KeyResponsibilities:Lead,motivate, mentor and support a high-performing team culture byclearly communicating roles, expectations, and performancestandards.Promote safe workpractices; ensuring all tools and machinery are safe andresolving equipment issues.Allocate staff andresources to meet operational targets and deadlines andcoordinate daily use and maintenance of equipment andvehicles.Monitor progress andprovide daily reporting on achievements and issues.Ensureconsistent delivery of high standards, especially in priorityareas.A leaderwith strong horticultural knowledge, including turf management andirrigation.
