The goal is to achieve optimal profitability, meet budgeted NSV, and increase market share within specified volume, trade investment, and category/brand strategies.Responsibilities includeDeveloping, analyzing, implementing, and managing customer and promotional plans to meet volume and NSV targets.Providing accurate inputs into Promax and supporting demand forecasting with account contacts.Contributing to long-term strategies like EDLP, exclusive offers, and value-added initiatives.Achieving DPSM within Woolworths using category management principles and other resources.Leading and coaching the National Account Manager Woolworths.Leading category and customer plans through collaboration and updating these plans regularly.Reviewing and negotiating trading terms based on thorough analysis of trade investment, profitability, and other metrics.Offering market insights and recommendations to leadership and sales teams.Developing strong trading relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Managing customer claims and account payments within guidelines to optimize working capital.Communicating effectively with all relevant parties, ensuring clarity, completeness, and responsiveness.About youStrong sales, influencing, and communication skills.Sound product knowledge of KCA and competitors.Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Knowledge of grocery channels and category management principles.Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, IRI Aztec, Promax, and SAP.Desirable qualificationsTertiary degree preferred.Previous FMCG experience with Tier 1 suppliers.What we offerCompetitive salary, incentives, and benefits including superannuation, career development, health and well-being activities, volunteering leave, and more.Application processClick the ''Apply'' button to submit your application.
