Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, youll be responsible for managing existing partner relationships, driving operational execution, and tracking early-stage performance of new business initiatives. In addition to existing partnerships, this role looks to build through additional business development with multi-national pharmaceutical organisations. Acting as a vital link between brand management, customer success, and market intelligence, youll contribute to partnership pitches and proposals, lifecycle strategies, and ensure seamless handover to the Portfolio Management team. This role requires a proactive and commercially minded individual who can take initiative, work cross-functionally, and deliver on growth objectives through strong stakeholder engagement and performance tracking.Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage partnership relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.Lead the implementation phase of new business partnerships and product launches.Serve as a key contact for external partners during the partnership lifecycle.Conduct regular stakeholder check-ins and ensure contractual obligations are met.Drive execution of partnership agreements, supporting seamless operational delivery.Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Assist in identifying new business opportunities within Strategic Partnerships.Support the development of business cases for new partnerships, including financial modelling, market research, and competitor analysis.Work with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to define commercialisation and go-to-market strategies.Assist in negotiations and contract preparations for new strategic partnerships.Assist in developing brand strategies, proposals, and lifecycle management strategies.Provide insights into customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market trends.Support the tracking of performance metrics for partnerships and new business launches.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical market, including the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).Experience in business development, partnership management, brand strategy and within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry(MD1).Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of product launch processes and lifecycle management.Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of brand positioning, sales processes, and market intelligence.High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and focus on quality (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Minimum 3 years'' experience in marketing, business development, or partnership/alliance management within the pharmaceutical , healthcare, professional services or finance sector.Experience in managing external partnerships, including contracts and stakeholder relationships.Experience in market analysis, business case development, and commercial modelling/forecasting.Previous exposure to managing P&L responsibilities is desirable.At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
