About The Role Based within the Manufacturing branch, this role involves supporting the Executive Director (ED) and the Manufacturing Leadership Team with administrative and project support. Provide high-level confidential and client-focused secretarial support to the ED, including email monitoring, file management, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. Manage the ED''s emails and appointment diary proactively, coordinating responses to requests for information and advice. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the ED and other staff for meetings and conferences. Further duties are detailed in the role profile.
