Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWork for Australia''s leading Children''s HospitalChallenging and rewarding work environmentFixed Term, Full Time position working 80 hours per fortnight + 5 weeks leave + monthly ADO for 2 years|About the RoleThis is a Fixed Term (2 years) Full Time position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Human Resources Department.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:Providing advice, guidance and support to hiring managers and senior leaders in attraction and selection strategies to maximise recruitment outcomesBuilding and maintaining strong talent pipelines through targeted networking, talent pooling and marketing campaigns to aid with current and future recruitment needsUtilising talent platforms, such as Seek and LinkedIn, to identify, engage and attract qualified and experienced candidates aligning to the hiring needsResearching and identifying niche advertising platforms, for hard-to-fill roles, to maximise targeted audiences and campaign effectivenessDeveloping and executing branding strategies, including the creation of a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talentConducting training sessions with managers on how to use the Recruitment System as well as best recruitment practicesClassification for this position will range from Grade 5 Year 1 to Year 5 (base salary $92,856.40 to $102,653.20 per annum, plus superannuation)What you''ll achieve:Collaborative and trusted relationships with hiring managers across The Royal Children''s Hospital (RCH)Provide advice on attraction, recruitment and selection strategies, particularly relating to hard to fill roles and bulk recruitmentSupport the RCH through informed advice and strategies to improve recruitment outcomes, simplify processes and reduce the costs associated with recruitmentYour skills and experienceTertiary qualifications in a related field along and/or relevant industry experienceDemonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist of greater than 4 years having performed employment services related activitiesDemonstrated experience using Microsoft suite of programs, HRIS (HR Information Systems), SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors recruitment system (or similar erecruit system)Health industry experience and/or understanding of Health industry awards and agreementsIf this sounds like you, click here to view the position description.What we offer:Salary Packaging - Increase your take home pay!Parkville location and close to public transportCulture of continuous improvementFlexible work options availableOther requirements:Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtainValid Working with Children CheckCompliance with RCHs "Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases" procedureTo apply, you will need a resume and a tailored cover letter outlining your skills, experience, and suitability for the position in line with the requirements of the position description.Shortlisting for this position will commence immediately.
