You will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that inspire, educate, and engage children before and after school and during school holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC serviceSupport and mentor a team of educatorsPlan and deliver fun, engaging programsBuild strong relationships with families, schools, and the communityEnsure compliance with NQF, policies, and proceduresManage rosters, budgets, and enrolmentsAbout YouDiploma or higher in Childrens Services or related fieldLeadership experience in OSHC or early childhoodStrong understanding of NQF and My Time, Our PlaceExcellent communication and organisational skillsCurrent First Aid, CPR, WWCC, Food Safety Certificate, Mandatory Child Protection Training and a Police Check or willing to obtainPassionate about working with childrenHow To ApplyIf this role aligns with your interests and you wish to apply, please follow the provided instructions.
