We believe meaningful work is essential to job satisfaction and provides a sense of purpose.ResponsibilitiesYOUR NEW ROLE This role supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to NDIS Participants. This role can be based at our Brisbane or Melbourne office. As the NDIS Administrator Team Leader your responsibilities will include:Monitoring the Disability Services Mailbox, setting up new case referrals, creating Service AgreementsUpdate and process NDIS invoices, follow up and chase outstanding invoicesQuality check cases to ensure all required information is in the casemanagement of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars and Participant bookingssending reports and letter on behalf of Therapists and ConsultantsYou will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders and ad hoc admin duties as requiredWHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN USA friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team playerHigh attention to detail and time management skillsNDIS knowledge and experience desirablePrior experience working in the Allied Health industry would be an advantageMedical administration experience desirableProficient in all Microsoft office applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US?
