This role performs inbound and outbound calls, however, is required to support the entire operations including performing any task within the meter to cash value chain.Your Key AccountabilitiesReceive and process data relating to applications, fees, charges, payments, refunds and dishonours, change of ownership, pension concessions, direct debitsManage administrative activities, including system work queues and resolving escalated customer queries.Manage email query inboxMaintaining and updating account dataReceive inbound and outbound callsNegotiate and set up payment arrangements suitable to client needs.Data entry of payment arrangements and issuing of appropriate correspondenceWhat will you bring to the role?Extreme professionalism both verbal and written is one of the most important elements for success of this role.
