We work in partnership with local councils to operate Recycle Re-Use Shop Markets for second hand good. Our Re-use Shops recover good quality items which were destined to become landfill and that''s where you come in!In this role you will be overseeing the Retail shop onsite in the Recycling facility and part of this role will be to mentor, guide and coach a small team of Supported Disability employees. You will have experience in prior retail and customer services is desirable.As Our Re-use Shop Coordinator In Warwick, You WillDeliver an exceptional customer service to everyone visiting the reuse shop.Coordinate the daily operation of the retail shop.Handle cash in line with approved cash handling procedures and deposit all cash for banking to ensure information is correct.Manage the petty cash float and maintain accurate records.Price products as per agreed guidelines and keep on top of stock and floor layout to maximise potential sales.The Availability Needed For This RoleWednesday to Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pmWork across 2 sites (Warwick and Stanthorpe)Reliable vehicle required for travel.What You Can Bring To The TeamSuperb customer service and great communication.Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse team.Passion for all things recycling and reducing waste.Excellent time management skills.Physically fit due to the demands of the role.License and own transport preferred as travel required to Stanthorpe facility once a week.Medium level of computer literacy and financial reporting.Benefits And PerksSalary Packaging Benefits!
