This opportunity suits someone with a strong background in sales and a solid understanding of IT or telephony solutions. In this role, you''ll support clients with their technology needs, nurture existing accounts, and actively pursue new sales opportunities. Youll represent the business in offering a wide range of ICT solutions - including hardware, software, and services - to commercial, industrial, and professional organisations.Responsibilities:Identify and build lists of potential clients using trade directories, online tools, and other industry sourcesStay informed on company and competitor products, services, and market trends to support effective selling strategiesVisit existing and prospective clients to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen relationshipsAssess customer needs and recommend tailored ICT solutions that align with their requirementsPromote a range of ICT products and services to both new and existing clientsNegotiate pricing and credit terms, prepare contracts, and accurately record sales ordersCoordinate product delivery, equipment installation, and service implementation to ensure client satisfactionProvide feedback to the sales team and leadership on performance, customer insights, and market developmentsFollow up with clients post-sale to resolve issues, arrange modifications, and maintain long-term satisfactionMaintain accurate records, including sales reports and business-related expensesQualifications:Proven experience in IT and technology salesStrong technical knowledge in IT hardware, software, and VoIP phone systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and proactively.Solid problem-solving abilities focused on delivering customer solutions.Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.
