As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a full-time Accounts / Administration Assistant to join our team. This long-term position offers fantastic job security and stability within a dedicated and successful team. We pride ourselves on professionalism, customer satisfaction and creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.Salary will be based on skills and experience.What Youll DoAs our Receptionist / Administration Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. Your day-to-day will include:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming callsManage front desk activities, including office supply inventoryEnsure the office is tidy and presentable at all timesMonitor and attend to email accountsMonitor and maintain currency of WH&S documentation from subcontractorsAssist with data entry and maintaining filing systemsProcess incoming invoices and credit notesReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesRespond to suppliers, subcontractors and internal queries in a timely mannerSupport the Finance team with ad hoc duties as neededProvide general administrative support to other departments as neededOther general office dutiesWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in accounts payable or administrative role (construction industry experience a bonus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)High attention to detail and strong numerical skillsBasic understanding of Accounting Principles would be an advantageAbility to multitask and prioritiseReliable with professional appearance and a positive attitudeWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth teamWork with a stable and growing companyOpportunities to grow into admin or operations rolesStrong team cultureHow to Apply:Ready to join a team that builds more than just great projects?
