Now,nine years in, Smart Energy continues to make a significant impact on the clean energy industry and were only just getting started.About the RoleWe are seeking anInstallations Coordinatorto join our Operations Teamin ourByron Bay Head Office. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on coordinating and scheduling over60+ installations per weekacross solar, battery, and hot water systems.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day communication between our contractor network and our residential customers. Youll work closely with ourNational Operations Managerto ensure timely, high-quality installations while maintaining strong working relationships with a large base of electrical and plumbing contractors across the country.Key ResponsibilitiesConfirming future availability of install teamsRescheduling appointments for the week/day directly with customersRecruiting electricians and plumbers nationallyAnswering inbound telephone calls & texts with our customers, installers and nationwide sales teamsRegular confirmations & rearrangement negotiationsResolving issues as they ariseReaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated customers and contractorsAbout youMinimum 1+ years relevant experience (scheduling, project management, BDM)Customer service experienceGreat communication skills - ability to talk to tradies and tell them what is what!Love working in a fast-paced environment where innovations happen instantly.Motivated and willing to learn.Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize.Tech Savvy and commercially astuteCurrently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)Australian Permanent Resident and/or full working rights are essentialBonus PointsExperience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)Experience negotiating trading terms or contractsSalesforce experienceExperience usingGoogle Sheets or ExcelApply NowIf you are looking for a long-term opportunity in a value-driven, future-focused company, we would love to hear from you!#SmartEnergyGroupOps #J-18808-Ljbffr
