Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that medical products and processes meet stablished specifications. This role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished products, documenting findings, and working closely with various departments to address quality issues. The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and safety of medical devices.Job Details/Responsibilities: Perform activities associated with the non-confirming product process: identification,containment, and segregation. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials, components, and finished products using established procedures and tools. This includes visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications. Inspect labeling and packaging. Utilize measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances. Read and understand technical information from Work Instructions, Drawings andSpecifications. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings. Ensure that all inspection documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance withcompany procedures.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development in quality inspectiontechniques. Ability to read technical documents. Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools and equipment . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn.Qualifications/ Background Experiences: Requires H.S Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field Certification in Quality Inspection (ASQ Certified Quality Inspector - CQI) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
