Serving a growing community, the College has 623 students across Primary, Middle, and Senior Schools. Our community is committed to supporting each child''s learning, care, and achievement, in service to God and others.Key Selection CriteriaThe applicant must demonstrate:An active Christian faith aligned with the Lutheran Church of Australia.High communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.Ability to employ diverse teaching and assessment strategies for varied learners.Willingness to contribute to school activities and the College community.Capacity to participate in outdoor education camps and contribute to the camp program.Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.Willingness to serve as a homeroom/pastoral care teacher and contribute to Pastoral Care programs.Reflective practice and ongoing professional development.Proficiency in curriculum development, assessment, and management of teaching activities.Effective use of digital technologies in teaching and data management.Desire and ability to teach outside of German in Middle School, advantageous.Child SafetyLakeside College is committed to child safety, with zero tolerance for abuse.
