This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the GM of Operations.Youll be responsible for:leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.coaching and mentoring store managers for growth and success.upholding brand standards and store presentation.driving store sales and customer loyalty.labour planning and budget management.supporting new store openings including team recruitment and training.partnering with the marketing team to activate local opportunities.About YouYoure a motivational leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
