Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.About the Opportunity:Lucas Restaurants is looking for FOH Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Bar Managers, to join our growing team.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Must have restaurant or bar management experienceExemplary leadership with focus on staff developmentExceptional service skills and guest focusSolid understanding of management practicesHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsProven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skillsStrong business acumenUnderstanding of financial budgets/targetsExperience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and presentationAble and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWorking with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
