Through the deployment of Police Security Officers (PSOs)PSSB assists frontline service delivery of SAPOLsoperational requirements and provides a range of security servicesto the public sector.The primary functions of PSSB are the provision of:Protective security services to designated South Australiangovernment critical infrastructure, high risk assets andsecurity guards at key Government buildings within the AdelaideCBD;A whole-of-government alarm monitoring service;Assisting SAPOL in security operations;Providing operational frontline support in the form ofsecurity of people, places and property; andOther duties as directed.The PSSB Workforce Coordinator is a multi-skilled positionresponsible for workforce rostering and planning, training andother human resource related activities.
