Were focused on helping our clients grow beyond what they think is possible to achieve their growth.We have partnered with individuals, families, and small to medium-sized businesses across various industries to bring a tailored approach to accounting, bookkeeping, and wealth management.We pride ourselves on our personal approach taking the time to listen and delivering the best advice through an integrated service that combines our expertise with our wider trusted network.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our professional, supportive, and friendly team at our offices located at 41 Exhibition Street (41X).The Office Administrator role includes:Reception duties in an open office environment, welcoming clients, managing calls, and maintaining a professional front-of-house and meeting space.Supporting office operations by managing supplies, mail, and ensuring the office is clean, stocked, and presentable.Preparing client correspondence, including ATO practice mail (experience with ATOMate is an advantage).Managing tax returns and activity statement lodgements via MYOB AO/AE and ATO Tax Agent Portal.Onboarding/offboarding employees and clients, arranging internal events, and liaising with external IT providers.Maintaining client databases within MYOB AO/AE and other cloud-based software.Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing boardroom bookings.Document management, filing, and scanning.Processing trust account transactions and compiling audit documents.Managing monthly and quarterly fixed fee billings (experience with Fee Synergy is an advantage).Liaising with external contractors.Performing various ad hoc duties to support accountants, senior management, and directors.About you:We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with:At least 2 years of administration experience within an accounting practice.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent time management and organization skills.Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.Experience with MYOB AO/AE Practice Manager is highly regarded; experience with XPM, APS, or other practice management software is also valuable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.A team-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work autonomously.Note: Applicants without experience in an accounting practice will not be considered.Benefits of working with Preda:Social eventsModern, light-filled officesHealth and wellbeing incentives (e.g., subsidized gym memberships)Supportive work environment with great colleaguesTo Apply:Please include your resume and address your application to Mr. John Lazzarini, Managing Director, via email at john@preda.com.au.
