Hospitality is a work of heart,Join us and become a Heartist. Job Description Maintenance and production of all items needed to paint and furniture in the facility. Keep the technical services workshop up and running. Care for and repair all items needed to paint in the facility. Perform tasks assigned by his/her manager related to the department and position. Participate in any work that requires full participation of the Technical Service Department. Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting in the facility. Repair any problems with keys and locks. Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time. Keep the work space clean and ensure it is cleaned after work completion. Always look clean and proper and wear a uniform. Work according to policies, procedures, and instructions identified by the Chief Engineer. Take part in the Emergency Response Team. Take all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken. Predict that all activities and purchased equipment may create environmental issues, participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity, and share responsibilities to increase environmental knowledge and training. Minimize consumption of resources (paper, printed materials, etc.). Implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings to save energy inside the facility. Carry out decisions for energy saving. Assess environmental effects and energy efficiency of purchased equipment. Implement responsibilities to eliminate and properly collect waste, reduce environmental pollution, and minimize harmful effects to the environment. Carry out all responsibilities related to quality management and food safety management systems at the facilities. Perform all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. Qualifications Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma. Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience related to the job. Foreign Language: Not required. Courses and Training: Not required. Computer Literacy: Not required. Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. Certification in the related field is preferred if necessary.
