Specialising in residential property management and sales, we are passionate about delivering outstanding service and achieving strong results for our clients.We are now seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. If youre confident in managing all aspects of property management from leasing and maintenance to tribunal representation and client relations wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesYour core duties will include (but are not limited to):Overseeing compliance of the property management team with internal policies and relevant legislationProactively identifying challenges and delivering practical solutionsIdentifying strengths within the team and promoting best practicesReviewing and approving tenancy applicationsSupervising the execution of tenancy agreements and related documentationAdvertising rental properties and managing rental enquiriesOrganising and conducting open homes and private inspectionsMaintaining strong, ongoing communication with landlordsCoordinating repairs and maintenance, including inspections as requiredRepresenting the agency at NCAT hearingsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:A minimum of 2 years experience in residential property managementCurrent industry certifications (e.g., Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence)A reliable car and a valid drivers licenceStrong communication and negotiation skillsA polished phone manner and corporate presentationHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsSound computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quicklyA proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused attitudeWhat We OfferExperience-based negotiable base salary plus incentivesSupportive and professional team environmentStructured processes, systems, and trainingA chance to grow with a successful and established agencyExposure to all areas of residential property managementThis is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing agency where your skills and passion will be recognised and rewarded.
