Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWith multiple branches across Australia and continued growth across our business, Cash Stop are currently looking for motivated and energetic people to join our team.We offer a broad range of products and services such as:Small & Medium-Term Loans.Cheque Cashing & Foreign Currency ExchangeBuying, selling, and loaning on gold jewellery, electronics, and other items of value.About the Role:As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) your role will include:Building rapport with customers from all walks of life.Underwriting loans (secured and unsecured).Resolving any customer queries and enquiries.Retail sales.Valuing, testing, and researching retail items for purchase & sale.We are currently looking for a CSO to work on a fulltimebasis at our Ingleburn Branch.Typical hours will be 38 hours per week, generally across 5 days with no weekend work.About You:To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:Face-to-face customer service experience & confidence in managing customer expectations.Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.Passion to work towards individual and branch KPIs.Ability to problem-solve and be capable of managing multiple tasks.Self-motivated and driven team playerFlexibility to travel to other local branches is highly desirable.To help you succeed, we provide a structured initial training program, as well as ongoing development and training.A great entry point into the financial services industry.Excellent training, career growth, and development opportunities available.Close to public transport and shopping.Generous in-store staff discountsAnd...
