Wework in partnership withlocal councilsto operate Recycle Re-Use Shop Markets for second hand good. Our Re-use Shops recover good quality items which were destined to become landfill and that''s where you come in!In this role you will be overseeing the Retail shop onsite in the Recycling facility and part of this role will be to mentor, guide and coach a small team of Supported Disability employees. You will have experience in prior retail and customer services is desirable.As ourRe-use Shop Coordinator in Warwick,you will:Deliver an exceptional customer service to everyone visiting the reuse shop.Coordinate the daily operation of the retail shop.Handle cash in line with approved cash handling proceduresand deposit all cash for banking to ensure information is correct.Manage the petty cash float and maintain accurate records.Price products as per agreed guidelines and keep on top of stock and floor layout to maximise potential sales.The availability needed for this role:Wednesday to Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pmWork across 2 sites (Warwick and Stanthorpe)Reliable vehicle required for travel.What you can bring to the team:Superb customer service and great communication.Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse team.Passionfor all things recycling and reducing waste.Physically fit due to the demands of the role.License and own transport preferred as travel required to Stanthorpe facility once a week.Medium level of computer literacyand financial reporting.Benefits and Perks:Salary Packaging Benefits!
