Operating in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, we offer personalized support and opportunities, including disability services, supported independent living, employment, accommodation, learning, and lifestyle services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Portfolio Manager, located in Toowoomba, QLD. We are passionate about supporting people in our home service to live life their own way and make the most of every opportunity. As a trusted disability provider with a proud heritage, Endeavour Foundation has helped countless people turn their dreams of living independently into a reality.We are looking for a talented leader in Toowoomba who will make this happen. You will lead a team of home site supervisors and support workers creating a culture that is focus on outcomes for the people we support. Collaborating with clients support network and uniting teams around common client goals is essential.No day is the same in our home service. You could be overseeing peoples discharge from hospital, identifying and advocating for changes in support needs, ensuring clinical recommendations are understood and followed by all staff across your services, managing financial operations, driving change and practice improvement and collaborating with Endeavours specialist functions to ensure safe, consistent and high-quality supports.This is a great time to join the Endeavour team with a new Operations Manager overseeing culture change and improvements in Toowoomba.What you will bring to the role:Required Qualification of a bachelors degree in human services or related field.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of theNational Standards Disability ServicesandQuality & Safeguarding Framework, funding and organisational structure.Minimum 2 years proven experience successfully managing a diverse team.Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector.Outstanding phone manner and ability to be contactable in emergency/crisis situationsHold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.Other duties will include:Maintaining knowledge of Endeavour Foundations full suite of service offerings and implement strategies to better support clients to achieve their NDIS goalsLeading, guiding and supporting direct reportsin the resolving escalations from families/carers/advocates.Developing and retaining a qualified and engaged workforce within the Home Portfolio who share your passion for disabilityChampion change and improvement across your servicesSupporting innovative and integrated approaches to improve the quality of service and streamline work processesEnsuring safe and consistent practice through strong evidencing of support needs/changes, quick escalation and advocacy with health practitioners, support coordinators, OPG, families and other stakeholdersGrowing Endeavours impact in Toowoomba by establishing community networks, building our profile and finding opportunities to deliver services that align with client needs and goalsIntrigued?Wed love to hear from you.Please click "apply"to submit your applicationand join #TeamPossible today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
