Youll lead and inspire teams, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with NDIS standards.What youll be doing:Providing direct support, supervision and guidance to participants to implement their personal goals and NDIS plan.Provide training & support to new Support WorkersRoster Management & oversightInteracting and communicating with other team members to ensure participants receive a consistent approach to service provision.Strengthening the abilities of participants and building their capacity to achieve their goals.Cover emergency shiftsor supports with clients where requiredPrepare and collate reports as required by stakeholdersAssisting in the onboarding of new participants into the Organisation.Mentor and coach team members, oversee new employee onboarding, and create career development opportunities. Overseeing all care provided from Support WorkersPerformance Management:Deliver effective feedback, manage performance, and collaborate with the Manager to ensure Operational excellence.Coordinate with stakeholders, including rostering and payroll, to ensure timely and accurate information.Implement a reflective practice framework through regular staff supervision, aligning individual efforts with organisational goals.Prioritise staff training and development in line with program requirements and available resources.Ensure clear communication of expectations and requirements to staff through supervision, team meetings, and appraisals.Provide direction in line with policies and procedures, review rosters for efficiency, and balance service provision with changing needs.Work with HR to recruit, train, and develop a positive, professional service team.What youll bring:Proven leadership experience, ideally within the NDIS or a similar care-focused sector.Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, compliance requirements, and participant-centered care.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A passion for making a difference, with a commitment to sustainability and social impact.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead diverse teams.The ability to innovate, streamline processes, and implement effective operational strategies.Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a start-up environment and drive growth.What we would like you to have:Authorised to work in Australia.Valid Australian Driver LicenseAn understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sectorCertificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.Minimum 2-years leadership experienceAbility to actively navigate and adapt to change.Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid/CPR CertificatePlease note, our response times may be a bit slower during the holiday period, rest assured well be back to address your needs promptly in early January.
