This role focuses on defining business and user requirements for a federated Data Management System (DMS) that supports complex, high-value data access, sharing and reporting.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of policy, digital delivery and multi-agency collaboration, helping shape long-term strategy for a platform with broad national impact.We welcome applicants across Australia, with flexible remote working and optional onsite engagement in Canberra.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with cross-sector stakeholders to understand current-state and future-state needsDocument clear and actionable business and functional requirementsDefine access, sharing, and governance pathways for diverse datasetsSupport the development of a sustainable operating and funding model for the platformAlign requirements with digital service standards and regulatory frameworksFacilitate workshops, conduct user research and process mappingPrepare high-quality artefacts including business cases, user stories, and process diagramsAbout YouDemonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements AnalystSkilled in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation and documentationExperience with digital transformation, data platforms, or shared servicesExcellent communication skills verbal, written, and visualAbility to work independently in a dynamic, multi-agency environmentFamiliarity with government digital service standards (e.g., DTA) is desirableExperience working in public sector, environmental, or inter-jurisdictional projects is a plusIdeal candidates will demonstrate:Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Clearance (highly desirable)Augment Resources was formed by a team of specialist recruiters and procurement & supply chain practitioners setting out to deliver a unique customer service offering to both clients and practitioners alike:By practitioners, for practitioners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
