Our focus is on delivering the highest standards of quality and customer service, placing ourselves at the forefront of the residential building industry.We are expanding our construction team and are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Supervisor who possesses the expertise to manage on-site construction activities and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of residential projects.As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Overseeing and managing the day-to-day on-site construction activities across multiple custom home projectsCoordinating and supervising trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time, to budget, and in line with Singh Homes quality standardsMonitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining build schedulesConducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OH&S and building regulationsReviewing construction plans and documents to coordinate resources and anticipate project needsEnsuring each project stage is completed in accordance with contractual timelines and specificationsMaintaining accurate records of job progress, site activities, and material usageCommunicating effectively with clients, internal teams, and contractors to manage expectations and project outcomesIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in site practices and contributing to a strong team cultureEnsuring all work meets Singh Homes'' quality control standardsSkills and Experience:To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential home building (KDRB/custom build experience highly regarded)Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and OH&S requirementsProven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously, while maintaining high-quality standards and tight timelinesExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsSound ability to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsA results-driven mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to supervisionStrong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and guiding trades on siteCurrent Victorian Drivers Licence and White CardRelevant qualifications in Building and Construction (Diploma or Certificate IV preferred)What We Offer:Opportunity to join a growing, award-winning builder with a strong reputation in the industrySupportive and dynamic team cultureExposure to custom and complex residential buildsCompetitive remuneration package based on experienceOngoing training and development opportunitiesUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years of people management experience do you have?
