You''ll lead the development of PLACE''s data infrastructure using the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, SharePoint, Forms), design evidence collection systems, and generate insights that inform strategy, improve programs, and demonstrate impact.ResponsibilitiesYou''ll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure data is meaningful, accessible, and actionable-supporting PLACE''s mission to empower communities and drive systemic change.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage data systems and dashboards (Power BI, SharePoint, Forms)Design and implement data collection and feedback mechanismsTranslate data into insights for internal teams, funders, and stakeholdersCollaborate on evaluations, strategic planning, and reportingSupport a culture of learning and evidence-based practiceThe Successful ApplicantDemonstrated enthusiasm for building data systems from the ground up, with a proactive mindset and a creative approach to developing tools, processes, and insights that didn''t previously exist6+ years'' experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligenceStrong skills in Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft FormsExperience designing surveys or feedback systems (ideally in NFP or government)Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insights for diverse stakeholders, from community partners to senior leadership and external funders.Passion for social impact, learning, and community empowermentComfortable working independently in a small, growing teamWhat''s On OfferIf you''re motivated by enabling others to do their best work and doing so in service of place-based transformation, we''d love to hear from you.
