Surrounded by pristine beaches, bushland and incredible wildlife, Eden is a popular destination for travelers seeking a true coastal escape and youll be at the heart of it all.This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for people, performance, and presentation. Youll be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences and the smooth running of park operations.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a motivated team across housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and groundsDriving a positive team culture with strong service standardsOverseeing all financial aspects including P&L, budgeting, and cost controlWorking closely with the revenue team and stakeholders to grow business performanceEnsuring strong compliance, asset management, and park presentationSupporting park operations on the ground, including after-hours responsibilitiesAbout YouYoure a results-driven, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic tourism environment.
