Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop robust reporting solutions, and ensure data integrity across multiple sourcesprimarily using Power BI and SQL.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools)Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sourcesPerform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational improvementsEnsure data accuracy and integrity through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processesAutomate data collection and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and scalabilityIdentify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and performanceMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop alerts or visualizations to track themDocument data definitions, processes, and reporting standards for consistency and transparencyPartner with data engineering and IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilitiesStay current with BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve analytics maturityQualificationsBachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytical field3+ years of experience with SQL (SQL Server Management Studio preferred)3+ years of experience with Power BI or TableauStrong understanding of data warehousing and data wrangling techniquesExcellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectivelySelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skillsPassion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvementProven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support shared business goals.Why Join Embrace?Award-winning workplace cultureEmphasis on work-life balance and professional developmentOpportunities to make a real impact with dataCollaborative, pet-loving team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
