As a key driver of plant performance, this role is critical in executing our reliability strategy and ensuring the long-term health and efficiency of our manufacturing assets. Youll lead the sites Trades Team with a focus on proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Drive the sites reliability strategy to maximize plant uptime and performance.Lead and coach the trades team, promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Optimize preventative and condition-based maintenance programs.Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving to reduce downtime.Align maintenance planning with production goals through strong stakeholder collaboration.Maintain SAP data integrity and ensure CMMS process discipline.Manage repairs, maintenance and labour budgets to support cost-effective operations.Play a key role in shaping the stores function to improve inventory and materials availability.Champion continuous improvement and lead reliability-focused initiatives.About youA trade qualification or tertiary qualification in engineering.Extensive experience in a maintenance or reliability role within FMCG, or a similar industrial environment.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.A strong advocate for change in reliability systems.Experience with SAP CMMS is desirable and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive, can-do attitude with strong time management and attention to detail.Well support you withThe opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led companyA competitive annual salaryLearning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own wayAbility to participate in our Employee Share Ownership ProgramProduct Discounts and other employee benefitsClick Apply to submit your application.
