We aim to adapt our services to these changes, maintaining safety while balancing environmental and social responsibilities.The Role & The TeamAs our Built Environment Delivery Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of fast-paced minor projects across our Air Traffic Control Centres and ARFF facilities. Youll lead an experienced team, coordinating multiple small-to-medium capital and maintenance upgrades across a geographically dispersed, safety-critical portfolio. This role involves defining and implementing comprehensive project planscovering scope, schedule, quality, resources, cost, risk, stakeholder engagement, and governancewhile managing financial forecasts, EPMO compliance, and fostering a safety-first, delivery-oriented culture.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful work within one of Australias most critical service providers, involving rapid project cycles, complex stakeholder engagement, and operational context.For the full Position Description, please see the link below:This position is ideal for Project/Program Managers with construction experience in minor to medium works. It is suited for someone experienced in delivering and leading teams in asset sustainment programsnot large-scale ($50M+) projects.
