This is a position is to enhance and expand Trinitys tradition of meeting students'' unique educational, social and emotional requirements and additional educational needs.This position is a leadership position that leads a team of Teachers and Learning Assistants across the Junior School campus.The Enhanced Learning Coordinator has oversight from ELC - Year 6 of the following:Enhanced LearningAcademic Testing and Data AnalysisProfessional learning specific to personalised learningAllocation and management of learning assistantsProviding support to classroom teachers in best inclusive practicesQualificationsTertiary Teaching Qualification (Post Graduate Qualification in Inclusive Education)Registered as a Teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)Experience as a Senior Manager is preferredExperience managing students with special needsAdministrative experience in individualised academic programs is highly recommendedCase Management Team experience is preferredPastoral management experience with children and young people is highly regardedWhy Join Us?BenefitsAt Trinity Grammar, we believe in supporting our staff as much as our students.
