As our Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our flagship dealership. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Developing innovative sales strategies that align with our objectives.Leading by example, fostering strong customer relationships to boost brand loyalty and retention.Monitoring sales performance and assisting the Sales Manager in optimising team performance.Engaging in our sales team''s recruitment, training, and development.Support inventory management and build strong relationships with OEM and other departments.Staying ahead of industry trends by attending events and trade shows.Some Selling and Customer Account ManagementWho Are We Looking For?We want a motivated leader with a hands-on approach and a knack for networking.
