Over the past 30+ years, we have assisted some of the worlds largest companies in achieving their most complex goals.We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst to join our Melbourne Hub to support a diverse range of projects and industry-leading clients.As an MIGSO-PCUBED Scrum Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative agile projects, helping our clients improve consistency and alignment in delivering technology solutions within an agile framework.Responsibilities include:Managing projects across diverse sectors and supporting programs of work.Delivering results within complex client engagements and assisting team leadership with client relationship management.Supporting the engagement lead to expand our presence within clients and leveraging professional development opportunities.Ensuring customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of key initiatives.What will I be doing?You will work across various clients and industries, performing Business Analysis services. Typical assignments may include:Engaging with stakeholders to elicit and define business needs.Working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.Collaborating with a PMO across multiple projects or supporting a large portfolio.Defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.Supporting the creation of business cases, product roadmaps, and customer journeys.Analyzing options and providing recommendations.Providing estimates, backlog grooming, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.Developing organizational change plans.Conducting process and gap analyses.Training users on new processes and systems.Overseeing system and user acceptance testing and supporting post-implementation.About You5+ years of client-facing business analyst experience.Must be an Australian Citizen.Experience with Power App/Power Platform.Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.Qualifications in Agile, SAFe, IIBA, or BABOK.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior management.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Signavio, BPMN, or other process tools.Experience in implementing CRM tools.SQL query writing skills are desirable.Some of Our Key BenefitsWe value our people and offer:Global networking opportunities.Exposure to multiple industries.Personalized career coaching.Continuous learning through certifications and training.Structured career progression.An inclusive culture valuing diversity, respect, and excellence.MIGSO-PCUBED acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land and pays respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
