Senior People and Culture Advisor | Liverpool | $120,000 - 130,000We are currently partnering with a highly regarded and established business in the food manufacturing sector that is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Southwest Sydney.This organisation is a major player in its industry and is well-known for its collaborative culture, focus on employee development, and long-standing commitment to quality and innovation. With a strong HR function already in place, this role presents an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to step into a true business partnering role where you will have a tangible impact on both people and operational outcomes.About the RoleReporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ, this is a hands-on, generalist HR role supporting a diverse, fast-paced workforce. You will work across multiple facets of HR including:Advising and coaching managers on employee relations and performance mattersSupporting organisational capability and development initiativesCoordinating and implementing HR programs including KPIs, performance management, succession planning, and engagementLeading and supporting end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the internal Talent teamDriving compliance with WHS, EEO, and HR legislative requirementsAnalysing HR data and producing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-makingThis is an onsite position in a manufacturing environment, where your visibility, relationship-building and practical problem-solving skills will be key to success.About YouWere looking for a capable HR professional who is confident, solutions-focused and thrives in a dynamic, operational environment.
