This is an excellent opportunity for an established Care Manager or DDON looking to manage this large-sized Aged Care Facility clinically in MaroochydoreThe RoleThis is a rare opportunity to work alongside a widely respected Regional Manager and Facility Manager who are committed to creating an inspiring and uplifting environment for their staff and residents. We are looking for a Care Manager who is a natural leader and prides themselves on their leadership skills.As the Care Manager, you will need to take a collaborative approach and work closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure optimum standards of care are delivered. Together, you will lead and execute best-practice clinical care processes and procedures to minimise risk and maximise resident independence and well-being.A strong structure will assist you.
