Our in-house designers are influenced by the latest global fashion trends and bring the product to the customer direct from our manufacturers.About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and organised People Services Associate Consultant to join our Sydney-based team in this new role.In this permanent, full-time role, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the casual employee lifecycle. This includes being the first point of contact for casual team member and leader queries, ensuring onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly, and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.You will work closely with our remote team of HR Consultants to deliver consistent, compliant and people-focused practices across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with an understanding of HR coordination and compliance, looking to pursue a long-term career in human resources.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing offers and ensuring screening standards are metCoordinating pre-boarding, onboarding and cross-boarding processesManaging offboarding, including casual inactivity processingMaintaining employment records in HR systemsSupporting workplace compliance across Australia, Canada, and New ZealandProviding policy and procedural advice to store leadersResponding to People Services Help Desk queriesAbout the personTo thrive in this role, youll be a confident communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of initiative.
