Within a focused industry or product group, summer analysts help orchestrate capital raising and strategic advisory transactions.What youll do:As a summer analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Developing and maintaining complex financial modelsPerforming various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequencesConducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry researchPreparation of presentation and other materials for clientsParticipation in due diligence sessions, communications and interaction with deal team membersManagement of several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. During the summer you will be placed within one of our industry, country or product coverage teams. Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.Unique to Bank of America is our provision of a Chief Resource Officer (CRO). The CROs sole purpose is to manage and optimize the junior banker experience on a very hands-on manner.
